When sponsorship is available, we run a Random GiftAway funded entirely by sponsors.
Participation is voluntary. Your contribution is a gift; no goods, services, membership, or influence are provided in exchange of your donation. You give to support the main project.
The GiftAway is a "sponsor-funded thank-you"—not a sale, sweepstakes, lottery, or competition. You are freely donating to support the cause you choose.
How sponsored random GiftAways work:
Sponsor funds pay for all gifts; your contribution is not used to purchase "prizes". It makes sense that the more contributors we get, the more sponsorship we get as well enabling more sponsored gifts each draw. Therefore, Sponsors may include some promo-material with your gift.
Entries are assigned by contribution frequency and value. The random draw may select the same person multiple times, including in consecutive months if we have the sponsors available

● Donations are voluntary gifts.
● Gifts are independently sponsored and not tied to the valuation of donations given to the project.
● Entry counts do not affect the value or type of gift you may receive. That is up to the Sponsor and what they are willing to gift.
● Increasing the contribution quantity (Qty) amplifies the support sent to the Hub/Project. If you contribute (multiple Qty) on a regular basis, the generator may double your entries. It seems a flaw with the sytem. Reminder: ONLY GIVE TO THE PROJECT IF YOU CAN AFFORD IT. We are about helping people, we know times are difficult and don't want you to make yourself short.
● You are responsible for any tax implications related to gifts you receive.

Previous gifts we have been able to distribute since 2013 when we started gifting include:
● Countless gift cards for; Supermarkets, Restaurants, Takeaways, AirBnB, High Street Stores, Online Stores.
● Holiday Vouchers with Airlines and Travel Agents, Hotel Stays, All-Inclusive Get-Aways, Holiday Park Stays like EuroCamp, Centre Parcs and Haven.
● Help towards business start-ups. Tools & Equipment, Training, Stationary, Initial Franchise Fee.
● Vehicles: We have given away two vehicles. One used, one new.
● One Canal Boat.
● Property; with links to realtors and estate agents worldwide, we have been lucky enough with them as a sponsor to gift ten properties since 2019. A couple were "Doer-Upers" but livable, some were from the regular housing market and a couple were abroad in a holiday location that could be monetised through the rental markets.
If or when able to do so, we would also like to help small business in the food and hospitality sector along with as many areas as possible for example, in 2018, we installed a solar system with batteries on a nursing home which meant they didn't have to increase their fees for a couple of years.
