As a token of our gratitude for your support of our community hubs, we host a random giveaway each
month. This is personally funded by us, with occasional contributions from sponsors. While we reserve the right to modify or cancel any giveaway at our discretion, this is purely a "thank you" – not a business transaction, sweepstakes, lottery, or competition.


How Entries Work:

Your entries are based on your contribution tier, frequency, and value. Our
random draw means you could be selected multiple times AND across consecutive months!

Monthly: 1 entry/month
Weekly: 10 entries/month
Daily: 50 entries/month
One-Time: Entries are calculated based on your contribution value for that specific month.

Increasing your contribution quantity (
using the "Qty" option) significantly boosts your chances for higher-value gifts in all our draws, including real estate, vehicles, and luxury vacations. Many supporters choose to increase their quantity because they deeply believe in our mission and wish to contribute more, earning extra opportunities in our regular "Thank You" Giveaway.

Big Ticket Item Giveaways:

For "Big Ticket Items" like property and vehicle giveaways, you'll need to be
contributing at a Weekly or Daily Tier for a minimum of three months to be eligible for one entry. However, you're always included in our regular monthly giveaway, and if you continue your contributions, you'll automatically be entered into the next big item draw!

Past Appreciation Gifts:

Since 2019, we've shown our appreciation with over ten properties (residential and vacation), a narrowboat, several vehicles, Disney stays, European vacations, and hundreds of gift cards.
