Property Gift Opportunities

Alongside our random GiftAway draws, we occasionally offer contributors a rare opportunity: ownership of a property, awarded in the same way our original GiftAway operates.
We work with property developers, estate agents / realtors, and auctioneers to source these opportunities.


Property sourcing & eligibility

Properties may be located worldwide and in varying condition; generally they are livable and usually need only furnishings.
Common locations include Ohio, North Carolina, and Florida (USA); southern or eastern Spain; and the Midlands (UK).
Properties may be donated, sourced from our network, purchased on the open market, or provided by our partners.
Qualification follows the same rules as the random GiftAway. No purchase is necessary and the gift is not tied to the value of your contribution to any Hub (project).


Ownership transfer & ongoing responsibilities

This is not a timeshare or fractional ownership. A team member will facilitate acquisition and legally transfer full ownership to you, or initiate a sponsored purchase on your behalf.
After transfer, the property is entirely yours. You will be responsible for ongoing costs (utilities, insurance, property taxes). There will be no mortgage or rent to pay on the gifted property.


Fees, restrictions & rental potential

We prioritise properties without Homeowners Association (HOA) fees where possible, but some properties may carry leasehold charges, HOA fees, council tax, land tax, resort or community access fees, or other local charges.
A mortgage-free property can be used as a rental (subject to local laws and community rules) to generate income, or you may move in and rent or sell your current home.


Notification and acceptance

If selected, we will contact you directly by postal mail to the billing address you provided to confirm details and your willingness to proceed.


Potential future options (subject to approvals)

Property Exchange Program: exchange the gifted property for your current home (even if it has outstanding fees or a mortgage), giving you a debt-free residence while your former home is managed by our associates until any debt is resolved.
Direct Purchase: we may offer to buy your current property outright, providing funds and flexibility to choose your next home.
Rent-Back Arrangement: we may purchase your property and let you rent it back through a trusted rental partner; illustrative rents in some non-city areas could be around £50 / $50 per week. Specific terms would be provided if implemented.
