In addition to our regular monthly giveaways, we occasionally have the opportunity to award property to individuals selected in our Monthly "Thank You" Giveaway draw.
Properties could be located anywhere in the world. It depends on what is available to us whether it is donated, a property once owned by one of us or our friends or if it is purchased from the regular housing market. We do try and be as practical and as realistic as we can. In order to qualify for a gift of property, you should be contributing to the Weekly or Daily Tier for a minimum of THREE MONTHS. Weekly Tier draws for property will be what we term as Standard Property, maybe they need a little work and furnings. Those contributing on the Daily Tier will be selected for any property we have available, but out of the selection we have, or have funding for, will be the most luxurious within our budget. You could up the Qty of what you contriute on ANY Tier to boost your chances when we have property available.
This is NOT a timeshare or fractional ownership. A member of our team will purchase the property and then transfer ownership to you or they will initialise the sale with you, covering the cost.
After that, the property is yours and you will be required to pay the associated costs of owning a home. There will be NO mortgage or rent for you to pay.
We aim to acquire real estate in areas with NO HOA fees (if it is a US property) or properties that can be rented out. However, this isn't always possible, and there may be additional fees such as leasehold, land tax, council tax, and other charges for accessing certain services if the property is part of a resort, gated community, master plan community or a condo that has facilities which you can access. Sometimes this does mean a HOA.
As a rental property for you if rental is allowed in the community, with no mortgage, it can maximise your income if you choose to use it that way. Alternatively, you could choose to relocate to it and rent your current property, or sell it. The choice is yours! It is your home.

Additional options we hope to have available by the end of 2025 include:
● Exchange the house you have been gifted from us with your current property, even if it has outstanding fees or mortgage. You get a debt-free home in exchange for your current home. We can then utilise your old property in our friends rental business until any debt is paid off and then we can use it in a Giveaway or for helping the homeless and veterans.
● Instead of accepting a property from us, we hope to have the option to purchase your property from you. This will give you greater freedom to choose your next home instead of accepting which ever property we have available.
● Another option may involve us purchasing your property and you renting it back from one of our Real Estate Rental Agency friends. For instance, Studio apartments in most non-city areas have a rental fee of £50 / $50 per week, paid weekly. Terms and conditions will be shared if we are able to do this. We are not after profit, we want you to keep as much of your hard earned income as you can!
