Property Sourcing & Qualification:
The properties we award can be located anywhere in the world and in any condition, depending on what becomes available to us. As a general rule, they are livable, mostly just needing furnishings. They are mostly in Ohio, North Carolina or Florida USA, South or East Spain or from the Midlands area of the UK. These properties may be generously donated, formerly owned by members of our team or our extended network, or strategically purchased from the regular housing market. We always prioritise practicality and realism in our selections. To qualify for a property gift, you must have been a consistent contributor to our Weekly or Daily Tier for a minimum of
three consecutive months.

Weekly Tier Contributors: Those contributing at the Weekly Tier level will be considered for what we define as "Standard Properties." These homes may require some minor cosmetic work or furnishings to make them your own.
Daily Tier Contributors: Individuals contributing at the Daily Tier will be eligible for any property we have available. From our current selection or funded acquisitions, these will be the most luxurious properties within our budget or stock. They will not be Multi-Million Dollar properties.

You can significantly increase your chances of being selected when property giveaways are active by increasing the quantity of your contribution on
any qualifying tier.

Understanding Your Ownership:
It's crucial to understand that this is
NOT a timeshare or fractional ownership arrangement. A dedicated member of our team will facilitate the purchase of the property and then legally transfer full ownership directly to you, or they will initiate the sale on your behalf, covering all associated costs.

Once the transfer is complete, the property is entirely yours. You will then be responsible for the ongoing associated costs of owning a home, such as utilities, insurance, and property taxes. Crucially, there will be
NO mortgage or rent for you to pay.

Property Considerations & Future Options:
We actively aim to acquire real estate in areas with no Homeowners Association (HOA) fees (particularly for US properties) or properties that can be easily rented out. However, this is not always feasible. Some properties may come with additional fees such as leasehold charges, land tax, council tax, or other charges for accessing amenities if the property is part of a resort, gated community, master-planned community, or a condominium with shared facilities. In some cases, this may mean HOA fees are payable.

For you, a property with no mortgage can maximise your income if you choose to use it as a rental (where community rules permit). Alternatively, you might choose to relocate to your new property and rent out or sell your current residence. The choice is completely yours – it's your home!

Should you be selected, we will contact you directly, via 'snail-mail' to the billing address of your contribution to provide all the necessary details and confirm your wish to proceed.

Exciting Future Options (Targeting Availability first quarter of 2026):

Property Exchange Program: We hope to offer the option to exchange the property you've been gifted from us with your current property, even if it has outstanding fees or a mortgage. This provides you with a debt-free home in exchange for your current residence. Your old property would then be utilised within our friends' rental business until any debt is paid off, after which it could be used for future giveaways or to support initiatives for the homeless and veterans.
Direct Property Purchase: Instead of accepting a property gifted from us, we aspire to offer the option to directly purchase your property from you. This would grant you greater financial freedom and flexibility to choose your next home exactly as you envision it.
Rent-Back Arrangement: Another potential option involves us purchasing your property, with you then renting it back from one of our trusted Real Estate Rental Agency partners. For example, studio apartments in most non-city areas could have an estimated rental fee of only £50 / $50 per week, payable weekly. Specific terms and conditions will be made available if we are able to implement this. Our core mission is to help you retain as much of your hard-earned income as possible, not to generate profit from these arrangements!
