● Commission will be paid to; you, your business, your project, group or a charity.
● The commission paid to you is mostly covered by small sponsorships we have. In the event we have an influx of exposure then it is unlikely our small sponsorships will be able to cover it. In that case, our sponsorships will pay what they can, we will collectively pay what we can personally, the rest will be covered by contributions made. This will still equal a net-positive result because we will still be able to help others more than we could before.
● You are required to declare your income to your Tax Office and you are responsible for any tax due on the commission you have received.
● Commission paid varies and it depends on the method of payment, Country your bank account is located, the size of your audience and whether we have to pay tax in your Country and at what rate.
● Because of lock down and Government furlough, we lost most of our support. This left us self-funding our projects with very little income. This meant we had to downgrade to a free web hosting platform for a while. We currently have a maximum pay-out of US $ 9,999.99 per calendar month. If we consistently get a high volume of support that take your commission above that value, we will obviously approach our Bank and ask to have limits raised.
● Payments to you are made within the the first TWO FULL WEEKS of the calendar month for contributions received in the previous calendar month. The only exception to this was during the 2020 lock down when we were unable to get to a Moneygram service or into the branch of our bank when the staff were working from home. Some of those promoters were not able to be paid for THREE to FOUR months. Every penny was paid to them at the earliest time possible. We are just been honest in case anything like that happens again. However, one of our volunteers have started using Revolut so we are getting used to that to make some payments.
● If you do not receive a commission payment for a month, then we did not recieve any income from your Promotional Code. This could be because people using your code only made a One-Time Only Contribution.
● Payments to you may be marked as "Advertising Fee" or "Advertising Commission" as that is how we will be accounting for the expense on our side.
