We understand that seeking assistance can be a challenging time, and we're here to help. Our application process is designed to ensure support reaches those who need it most.

Finding the Application Link:

Please monitor this page for the active link to our webform, where you can submit requests for yourself or someone else. To broaden our reach and target communities in significant need, we also post the application link on specific social media community forums and groups. These posts are removed once we've received enough requests to manage.

Providing Comprehensive Information:

When applying, the more detail and honesty you provide, the faster and more accurately we can assess your situation. Please be prepared to include the following about the household needing help:

Household Demographics: Name, address, and the number of people and dependents residing in the household.
Financial Overview: General household income, and details of any welfare benefits claimed by household members.
Employment Status: Information on whether any household member is out of work, working, working multiple jobs, actively seeking employment, or disabled.
Specific Request Details: Clearly state the area of help you are requesting from this initiative and the total estimated value.
'hEat' Initiative Specifics: If you are seeking assistance from our 'hEat' initiative, please list the top three expenses you/they would require help with over a three-month period.

Understanding Our Process:

Link Availability: The application link's availability can fluctuate. Sometimes it's active for a short period (under an hour) if we're quickly overwhelmed, and other times it remains open longer.
Verification and Fraud Prevention: To ensure fairness and support genuine needs, we thoroughly check the accuracy of all information provided. Unfortunately, a rise in fraudulent claims has necessitated a stricter review process, which means some genuine applications may be turned down if details are incomplete or unverifiable.
Reapplication Policy: If you have applied and did not receive a response, you are welcome to apply again after three months.
Flexible Activation Times: We vary the times the link becomes active (day or night) to give individuals in different time zones a fair opportunity to apply.
