Contribute
Please find below some links that allow you to choose the frequency at which you would like to contribute to support this initiative. If you prefer to make a
one-time contribution, there is a link for that. You can adjust the quantity of your contribution if you would like to give more than once a month. For instance, you could select monthly with a quantity of 2 or 3, which would be equivalent to contributing two or three times a month.
Before proceeding, please read the following information:
● We use Stripe for secure payment processing. Stripe is a widely used payment processor in the Hospitality
and Government industries. You will be redirected to their SECURE WEBSITE.
● Promotional codes reflect the savings we get from not using third-party platforms. If you don't have a Promo Code, you can use HUNGRY which will reduce your contribution by 10%. However, if you do have a Promotional Code from a Promoter, it's best to use their code as you may get a better offer.
● Currency values are reviewed three times a year but rarely updated. If your local currency is not shown, you can still contribute using the default currency.
● Due to a change in the stripe system, we have restricted certain Hubs to specific currencies, but anyone can still contribute to them using the default currency. If there is sufficient demand, we will extend the initiative to additional countries and use Billing Addresses for geographic identification of where to expand.
● If there is a need to increase the contribution amount due to an increase in payment processing fees or currency exchange rates, you will not be charged more than what you agreed to when you first signed up to contribute. If you wish to increase, decrease or cancel your contribution amount, you can cancel your subscription with your bank or card service and sign up again with a new amount if that's what you choose to do. Alternatively, you can also make an additional one-time payment whenever you want.
● We are a small operation, and despite being eligible to take a salary and claim expenses, we choose not to do so. The only deductions we make are for payment processing and associated fees that are legally required. The remaining funds are used to support the implementation and activities of this initiative. We occasionally receive additional funding from our friends or through sponsorship, but anything beyond that is funded by us.
● You are not able to claim tax deductions for contributions made to this project.
● In the event that we are unable to proceed with a project for any reason, all payment collections will be terminated. We will also remove your information from the Stripe payment system. Any contributions we have already collected will be donated to organisations and charities that support individuals in escaping from domestic violent living situations unless another cause is mentioned within the the poject pages.
